Refund Policy

The promise

14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If VaakApp isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason, and the promise still stands after you've downloaded and activated the app — using it is how you find out whether it works for you.

This is in addition to whatever cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights the law where you live already gives you. It does not replace or limit them.

Try before you buy

We'd rather you never need a refund, so VaakApp has a free trial: 7-day free trial. No credit card. Full features. The trial is the full app, so you can confirm it works for you before paying anything. Whether or not you use it makes no difference to your refund rights.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@vaakapp.com and say you'd like a refund.
2. Include the email you used at checkout, and the order number if you have it.

We'll authorise it with our payment provider (the merchant of record) without undue delay, and within 14 days of your request at the latest. It goes back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated. Please uninstall VaakApp or continue under the free trial terms if the trial period still applies.
