14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If VaakApp isn't right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't need to justify it.

We'd rather you never need a refund, so VaakApp has a free trial: 7-day free trial. No credit card. Full features. The trial is the full app — please use it to confirm the app works for you before purchasing.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@vaakapp.com from the address you bought with.
  2. Include your order number or the email used at checkout.
  3. We'll process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued by our payment provider (merchant of record) and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated. Please uninstall VaakApp or continue under the free trial terms if the trial period still applies.
