Terms of Use & License

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and A10I Tech Works Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the maker of VaakApp. By downloading, installing, or using VaakApp you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. License

VaakApp is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. When you buy the VaakApp license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VaakApp on up to 2 devices you own or control. Your license includes lifetime updates.

You may not:

  • resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your license key;
  • reverse-engineer the app except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
  • remove or alter any proprietary notices.

3. Free trial

VaakApp offers a time-limited free trial with full features and no credit card. When the trial ends, you need a license to keep using it.

4. Payment and refunds

Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund — see the Refund Policy for details.

5. Privacy

VaakApp processes your speech on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture. The only network calls are ones you initiate (optional model download, license or update checks).

6. The software is provided “as is”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaakApp is provided without warranties of any kind. Speech recognition is probabilistic and may make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing dictated text before relying on it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A10I Tech Works Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Updates and changes

We may update VaakApp and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted at vaakapp.com/terms with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Counsel to confirm the venue and any consumer-law carve-outs.)
